I help neurodivergent moms reconnect with their bodies and minds through supportive, low-impact virtual Pilates classes, so they can feel accomplished, calm, and confident—all from the comfort of their own home.

My Pilates journey began at 265lbs, searching for an exercise I could actually do—and stick with. What I found was so much more. Pilates wasn’t just adaptable to my body (hello, modifications!); it left me feeling calm, accomplished, and at peace with myself.

It didn’t just change my body—it changed my life. It helped me show up better for my family and taught me the power of pouring into myself first, so I could give to others from a place of abundance.

Now, I’m passionate about creating a space for YOU. I know how overwhelming and intimidating fitness can feel, but I also know how transformative it is to find something that works for your body and your life. Pilates gave me that gift, and I’m here to share it with you.
